Reopen the file, and the read-only message that appeared at the top will disappear, allowing all editing functions like deletion and text input.
If you wish to make a Hangul report you created into a read-only file, you can check the 'Read-only' option when sharing the file; the recipient won't be able to make modifications.
How to Make an Editable File by Saving as a Different Name
Open the Hangul file and click 'File' from the top menu.
Select 'Save As'.
Assign a file name and click the 'Save' button.
Opening the newly saved file will complete the release of the read-only mode, enabling edits.

You cannot use any editing menu and can only view its content.

How to Release Password-Protected Hangul Files
You need a password to edit a Hangul file set as a distribution document.
Open the Hangul document set for distribution.
Click 'Security' in the top menu.
Click 'Uncheck Distribution Document Mode'.
Enter the set password and click the 'Release' button.
You will enter Hangul edit mode and be able to make modifications.
How to Create a Distribution Document from a Hangul Report
This is used when you want to set your created Hangul document to read-only.
Navigate to the 'Security' tab in the top menu of the Hancom Office program.
Click 'Save as Distribution Document'.
Set a password and choose functions like printing and copying restrictions.
Click the 'Save' button.
The file will be saved as a distribution document.

If you want to make it difficult for the recipient to release the read-only setting, we recommend converting to PDF. Most companies tend to save important Hangul reports as PDFs to prevent edits.
