Construction
Cost and contract data stay inside the site and the role they belong to. The way one site learned to run itself is not something the next team has to build again — the company runs it with them.
Pull installed quantities by cost code out of subcontractor daily reports and field verification, roll them into percent complete, and put billed-to-date and unbilled work next to each job. The measurement rules the superintendent already used go straight into the app. A superintendent sees their own job; the home office sees every job under the team.

Put the subcontract, its change orders, and every payment made side by side, and flag each application where what is billed does not match what was bought. On a job with several change orders stacked up, the app measures against the contract sum to date. A subcontractor account sees only its own subcontract and its own billing.

This period covers slab and wall placements on levels 4 through 7. Quantities walked in the field with the foreman come to 3,715 CY of concrete and 454 tons of rebar, and they tie out to the placement tickets in the daily reports with no exceptions. 126 CY of level 7 wall is held out of this application until the 28-day cylinder breaks come back — the 7-day breaks came in at 3,180 psi against 4,000 psi specified — and that quantity carries to Pay App #9.
CO #3 covers the redesigned basement parking ramp at +370; CO #1 and CO #2 were time extensions at no cost, so the net change by change orders is the same 370. Of that, 148 is in place and billed this period and the remaining 222 bills as the ramp is formed and placed. Ramp work is priced at the original subcontract unit rates, and quantity overlapping the pre-change scope is excluded.
Completed and stored to date is 5,272, or 94.0% of the 5,610 contract sum to date. Retainage holds 527 at 10%, previous payments total 4,284, and a 34 back-charge for pump standby and washout cleanup is deducted, which leaves 427 due this period. The 338 left on the contract — 116 of base scope and 222 of CO #3 — bills as the ramp goes in, and retainage releases with final billing at closeout once the punch list is signed off. The 386 projected overrun on cost code 03 30 00 is self-performed material and change work not yet moved into the job cost budget.
Even on the same job, how much of the job cost budget and subcontract pricing you can see depends on your role. The access scope you already defined internally applies as-is. Your databases and contract files stay where they are; what we manage is the gate.
Cost visibility splits by job and by role. A superintendent sees their own job cost budget; project controls in the home office sees every job.
A subcontractor account sees only its own subcontract and its own billing. Other trades' unit prices drop out of the same screen.
Executed subcontracts and change orders follow your document library permissions, and every read is logged.
We start on one job and add the rest as the numbers line up.
