inline Data Platform
Your ERP, spreadsheets, Gmail, fax, and the bank feed are read into customers, orders, products, people, and accounts. Every value keeps its source and its edit rights, and every change lands in the audit log.
The platform connects to NetSuite, 42 spreadsheet files, Gmail, the fax line, the Chase bank feed, Avalara, SPS Commerce, and Slack, and reads new records from each of them as they arrive.
The source list shows each connection, its last sync, and what it added today. A connection that fails is retried and stays marked until it comes back.
Each of the 42 files is read when it changes, and every sheet and column is mapped to an object field. Prices in quote_cost_v3.xlsx land on the customer's contract prices, and count sheets land on the product's stock.
A PO PDF in Gmail or a fax image becomes an order object with the customer, items, quantities, and ship date filled in, and each field links back to the page it was read from.
A customer or an order is one object no matter how many systems hold a piece of it. Each field shows the system its value was read from, and when two sources disagree the platform picks the value by rule and keeps both.
Fresh Market PL is one object built out of NetSuite, quote_cost_v3.xlsx, Gmail, Chase, and the price contract, and every field names the source it was read from and the team that can edit it.
When NetSuite and a document hold different values for the same field, the platform keeps both, applies the rule that names the winner, and writes the choice to the log. Bluebird Kitchen's tax ID and Summit Catering's unit price are today's cases.
Each order object links to the shipment the carrier confirmed, the journal the invoice posted, and the deposit Chase reported, so one screen shows the whole chain.
Each team's edit rights are set per object and per field. Every change is written to the audit log with the source, the field, and the time, and each source syncs on a schedule of its own.
Sales edits contacts and contract prices, Accounting edits tax IDs and terms. The platform checks the right before every write.
Every write lands in the log with its source, the field, the old and new values, and the time. A wrong value is rolled back on that log line, and the rollback is logged as well.
NetSuite syncs every 15 minutes and spreadsheets are read whenever they change. A failed sync retries three times and logs each attempt.
Each connection keeps its own credentials, schedule, and retry rule, and a new source is added without a migration.
